ThyssenKrupp Elevator Holding Corporation has made an Amendment to their Articles of Incorporation. This Amendment changes the name of ThyssenKrupp Elevator Holding Corporation to ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas Corporation effective as of January 24, 2006.
